So on your iPhone, just tap on Settings, and inside of Settings tap on Phone, under Phone just tap on the Call Forwarding option, and then you can go in, tap next to OFF to turn Call Forwarding on, and then you're going to want to put in the number that you want your calls to be forwarded to, and you're all done.
