Ken: Alright, you’ll be expected there. Now, here is the bottom-line. Property tax and actually fighting it is something you should consider if you think you’re being overtaxed and a lot of people here in the boat because an awful lot of people know Daria is simply cannot sell their homes in many parts of America.

Daria: But it’s more endemic than that to the fact that in many, many parts of the country, real estate prices are going down.
Ken: Oh yeah, that’s true.
Daria: You know the average home price I think down the nationwide is dropped about 4%.
Ken: I see where you’re heading, when the price is going down.
Daria: So you’re getting an increase in your property taxes but the value of your home is going down and that’s pushing people over the edge.
Ken: You're very depressing. It’s depressing but true. Anyway, let’s talk about fighting your property tax bills worthily is trying. You’re going to be surprised at a large percentage of people who challenged their property tax. It’s now that again a positive reduction out could be five cents. It could be $5000.00

Ken: That number one is sit down first of all. How exciting this would be. Sit down and talk with your county tax assessor, property tax assessor and see how he or she had simply come up with the number. Before we fight it, what’s the number and how did you get there? Check the property record card. How many bedrooms, how many bathrooms?
Daria: Exactly because you know in many, many places that’s merely a drive by assessment that is made by the tax professional if you will call us People Professionals. I don’t know. But you know, driving by they assume—
Ken: Some of them are watching this video so would you be careful?
Daria: Some of them assume that you have a four bedroom home because other houses in the area are and you may only have three. They may assume that you’ve got guilt on your feelings instead of playing it all.
