How to Understand Squeeze Pages

Hello, this is Larry James of SpeakWithLarry.com today I'm going to give you guys a little tip about squeeze pages also known as opt-in pages. When building your squeeze page you want to focus on it from the customer’s point of view. This is the person who will be seeing that page, so five questions for you to asked yourself in putting together your squeeze page should be one why is he here, two how did he get here, three what does he expect, four what does he already know and five what does he want.

Because people who land on a squeeze page and enter their names and email address into the option box are looking for something very specific. They have a problem and want a solution to their problem a very plain, easy and simple solution. So try and think about who your costumer is and create and option special gift. This is what's known in the business as an ethical bribe. The gift should go inside with the eventual sales offer that you're going to make. For example, if you're selling gardening books, free authors and titles of books on that subject would be great.

So do you see how someone looking to have a nice little garden who would love to have that information. So put some thought into who is visiting your squeezes page and what you're offering them. Make sure it's compelling, helpful solved their problem and co-insights with what you want to sell the costumer in the end.
