How to Unlock iPhone 3G
Hey guys, what’s up? David here, iPod Touch 2G geek. And in this video, I’m going to show you how you can unlock your iPhone 3G running this new 3.0 Firmware. Now, unfortunately, I don’t have an iPhone 3G however it is extremely easy to do and I can show you straight from my iPod. So what you’re going to want to do is already have a jailbroken all right, if you don’t know how to do that go ahead and my video on how to jailbreak the3.0 Firmware. I’ll have a link to that video in the right. So what you’re going to want to do is open up Cydia, go to manage, sources and then you’re going to go add it, add and you’re going to add a new source. Right, the source is going to be Repo666.ultrasnow. And when you do Ultrasnow, make sure you put a zero, all right? as in zero w, that’s not an O. all right guys, if you do that you’ll get just an error so make sure it’s Ultrasnow with a zero.com select add source and then it will update all of your sources if you did it correctly. So I’ll come back once my source finished updating.
All right guys, so my sources have finished updating as you can see the source has been entered right there. Now, what you’re going to do to finally unlock your 3g is going to search, and it will going to search for package called Ultrasnow, all right? Again, make sure there’s zero or the O is actually a zero, if you don’t enter zero you’ll probably get nothing so you should see Ultrasnow. And then what you’re going to do is you’re going to click on it or select it and right down here is an iPhone 3G self unlock application the 3.0 like I said.
Now, what you’re going do is select install and then you’re going to select confirm. Then once you do that you need to reboot your iPhone and it should be automatically unlocked for you. So it’s that easy guys to unlock your iPhone 3G running the new Firmware 3.0 and T-Mobile users in the US. Make sure that disable your iPhone 3G before using the Ultrasnow.
