Aside from being a terrible "upcycle," the dress is beautiful! Anyone know the name of the dress or a link to the actual dress perhaps?

Really? you think this is better than the dress had been originally? I don't think so, and I wish you had not chosen a great, no, _STUNNING_ designer gown to do this to. I personally think this is desecration.

This isn't style, it's simply horrifying. Aside from the fact that the destruction of vintage is appalling, there's nothing new, flattering or chic about this look. High school girls were wearing tanks and tees under strapless 80s prom dresses circa 2005. Way to be on the cutting edge of fashion, Elle. I expect better from you.

This is horrid! The idea is awful, cutting up beautiful vintage, and then you made a really ugly dress.Shame on you. And don't do it again!

IF YOU CUT THIS OFF....you have destroyed a work of art and future vintage treasure. Hopefully, I am not seeing a scissored raw edge. AND I have to say, you've got more chutzpah than I have to presume to 'UPCYCLE' an 'old' Dior.
