Hello everyone, its Lyn. I wanted to show you an updated version of the how to upload this smaller file when you want to upload a video file.
I like to start with an AVI because it means to be a better quality but it is also two large of a file to load to many of the programs out there. You need a website.
So the first thing you do is you go out to the internet. Go to Google, and you are going to find Windows Media Encoder. And, at the time it is recording, diversion that is being used is 9.
Done and do search for Windows Media Encoder,
And, click there and their and do your usual download like you would any other file.
And, it is telling me that it is been move to different spot.
Okay, so, I download now. I download to my computer, and once I got it installed. I open it up.

Okay, I am going to convert the file. So, I click on the convert a file and, Okay. And, I am going to choose what file I want to do, and I am also going to choose where I want it to go. And, it is going to end up being a WMV file which is much, much smaller than the AVI. And if you use Window Media Encoder, you are going to get really great quality.
And, the other thing that I like about it is that you can use a .MOB file but I have a lot of, I have a lot of problems getting the video and the audio to sink together when you are using like when you are talking in stuff. So, I found it an AVI to that WMV is much better quality file. And, I always use the first choice by all download. Go to the next choice and you do not want something to be this big, the out of size you do not want to be that big.
You want to go a little bit smaller but still keep quality so I used DVD quality video two MBPS, DVR. And, I leave it at the high definition quality audio. So, I got a 640 by 480 out the size, if the sizes of the screen and you always want it to leave it 29.97 frames per second.
Okay, and then you can fill in your information whatever it is that you are going to do with this file. You know what you want to call it. And continue on and you say Finish now.
When you are doing this, it is better just to walk away from your computer and let it do this thing because it does take a quite a bit especially on mine. I only have only one processor in it and mix it out pretty good. So, hit finish and you can have some output choices here like under your display.
Like in my case, I have the input and the output and I always like this result because it does what they call it a double pass as well. So you got a really, really good quality video and from there, you are pretty much done.
