Hi! This is Stoni and welcome to winksound.com. In this session, we’re going to talk about using apple loops. You can actually create an entire track using apple loops I am going to walk you through using the beat, using the shakers, using high hats and let’s go through it.
As you can I have a two bar loop here already, my tempo is 120. I want to start the beat off with a nice beat just in drums and when you click on any of the loops, it auditions to beat for you.
[Demonstration]
Just put it funky I like that. So, add that on there. All right, so now I’m going to press play. You’ll hear the beat playing. Now, I’d like to add some shakers to that more shakers. So, I will only set my loop browser and I’ll go shaker and I’ll kind of spin on the 120 range and that’ll audition couple of shakers.
[Demonstration]
I like that, I want to take that in. You know what, I want to audition more loops. In a different tempo, see how that feels, but that feels pretty cool, I like that better. Now, I’m going to stop that and as you can see it has a two bar loop and this is one bar. So, I’ll copy and paste this and there you go. And now, we are building our track up and this is how you start making beats with apple loops.
