I suppose this video was just taken for fun, not for educational purposes... The guy who was holding the chopsticks (he's doing fine as a non-asian) is enjoying his food... but being bugged by the camera man who probably can't even hold 1 chopstick... The video title is misleading in the way that ppl would thought the chopstick guy was professional.

If my mom saw me use chopsticks like that, my fingers would've been chopped off and chopsticks grafted onto the remaining stubs instead. Oh but you're not from Asia, so that's ok...
