Welcome to PCWizkid tip number 11 to the cleaners, in Windows Vista we have the standard clean utility. However, if you need something more advance, let’s compare it with another tool that I found, let’s click on start and then in the search field type clean and then head enter in that. Opens up the deep bulb cleaning utility it has a standard options that you can check off to delete temporary operating system and browser files from the internet explorer. However, if you want to go a little bit more advance and have the ability to control little bit more detail in your cleaning, I would recommend that you download something else. Now of course, we don’t want you to have pay for that, so I found the utility called CC cleaner, so this is a freeware system optimization tool that you can download from www.cccleaner.com , okay.
So once you downloaded that tool it’s pretty small straight forward, it doesn’t have any add ware or spy ware, so it’s pretty much safe go ahead and install that you’ll have a few options that you can turn on or off doing the installation. And I've decided to turn off adding it to the recycle bin also adding it to Yahoo tool bar to clean my browser. So essentially, just the basics the shortcut and the automatic update is good enough for me when I installed it.
After you’ve installed it will add a shortcut on your desktop and then from there when you launch that shortcut you’ll get two options basically advanced feature and options for Windows and then also cleaning for you applications such as Microsoft office, dead files and others files throughout your system. And if you have tools also added in here, but just click on the run cleaner and then it will just go through the progress and display it. So you’ll notice that actually does clean more than standard default utility windows and it goes have much more options for you to choose and control.
So there you go enjoy, free utility and it does the job great.
