How to Use Game Booster Software
Hi. This is James and welcome to my video. In this video, I’m going to show you a really simple program that will not only speed up your Windows operating system but your PC games as well. Now there are two ways of accessing the said software which is free by the way so that makes it even better and the first way is to go to Advanced System Care. This is a program that constantly recommends and makes free reports and both send in numerous videos and just go to utilities and it’s a program called game booster and you can just download it from there.
If you haven’t got that and you just don’t want to download Advanced System Care, just basically Google download and go to download.com and put in Game Booster there. I‘ll go with you. Type in game booster and you just click on that. At the moment, it’s 1.1 at the time of when it has made. It’s a B2 program meaning it’s not quite finished yet but it’s good little program and it’s worth having. Once you’ve downloaded it and installed it, you get this little icon. Click on that and this is it. Basically, all you have to do is a one-click button program and it turns off all the unnecessary services that you don’t need. Now, you want to buy Vista’s big secret. I’ll take for the entire 100, I think it’s 130 services and which ones you can turn off which you don’t need for optimal performance. Now I’ll go a lot deeper than this program does in Vista speed secrets but this program is brilliant for people who don’t want to puff about with the services or risk-breaking the computer all messing up the program and all the registry of the services or anything like that.
This is like--this is really beginner-friendly and I think this is why I’m showing you it. Now, when I click on switch to gaming mode, I want you to watch this. These are the services that running the background and sapping your performance. So it’s at currently at 51 switched to gaming mode. Hang on. It also brings up these other programs that are currently running. These programs that show up here are non Microsoft program basically meaning that they--basically, these are third party programs that you’ve installed yourself not Microsoft. It didn’t come with windows. Now, I have to say that I’ll turn off two and then close them. Now, it’s down to 49. Close them and watch. 47, 45, 44, 42, and it shuts down your programs, your services, unwanted services, and basically, you just have the game. All you’ll notice is that your PC is super fast and speedy now. You’ll also notice that the graphics as well of your operating system has been switched down to Windows basic mode which also speeds up your operating speed and your PC games.
Now you’re not going to get a massively prime performance using this program but it’s free and it totally alternates the process, so it saves you the time and the effort and the potential risk of going into the windows services sections and messing up everything yourself. So I think this program is worth mentioning and I just wanted to tell you all about it, so go check it out straight away.
