How to Use Glitter for Halloween

Adding sparkle to your Halloween, a lot of women might to incorporate glitter into there makeup for the Halloween costume and I am going to show you how to give that extra punch. First start, with the creamy black pencil on the eye that’s going to be the base for the glitter, next to use a flat brush to smooth up the edges, pick another flat brush to put into the glitter and then apply directly on top of the black pencil. Now after the step you can apply the bit of glitter fall out I’m going to show you an easy way to clean that up. All you need is a little clear tape, take a piece of clear tape, apply to the glitter press and might be pill up. Another fun way to work glitter is on the lips, you don’t have to be glitter on both eyes and lips to add the extra sparkle to your Halloween makeup one of the other is just fine.
