Hello. If you use Gmail, there is a hundred application is every 0:05 programs that can check your email every so often. The actual program is here, check Gmail. So once you’ve put a check by that, click apply changes, it’ll give you a password and install.
If you actually install the application and the internet and there it is but this time, you open the program you will be given this choice here. Check Gmail preferences which of course you have to give in your user name and your password. You have an option here whether to save password or not. If you are worried about security, then that means not a good idea to save it. I won’t worry too much here and here is just about customizing your bare cycles as there is nothing really essential about it.
Here, it is quite handy you can check inbox every four minutes and 20 seconds, but you can change it as you wish. So that is all to it once you’ve configured it. Click on OK and choose this little icon here. So as it stands, every 120 seconds it will check if there is an email there.
If there was an email message, just click on the icon. I’ll just zoom in here, so that’s the icon there. You just click on it and it will open your Gmail account, as easy as that.
