How to Use Overripe Fruit

Is overripe fruit bad for you? Actually fruit just passed its peak is filled with disease fighting antioxidants. So that super soft pear or banana may not look too pretty but don’t toss it just yet. If you want to disguise the bruises, try cutting the fruit up. Simmer it in a little bit of water and you’ll have a tasty sauce like an apple sauce or blend the fruit with some ice and a little bit of milk and blend yourself up a delicious smoothie. Nothing like a smoothie and that’s your daily once.
