We are going in to start all programs, accessories and locate paint. Open up paint, click on file and open, choose a picture, you could expand this by viewing, zoom in, costume size 400% and I want it with some text over here, and then when we are all finish, what we can do is save this file. Click on the file, save as, in my picture, I am going to change this to 0000 save as type at the very bottom, PNG. The picture is now save - 0000.png file. Open up my document, find my pictures 0000.png file and there is the text that is how you save to .PNG file.
