How to Use Print Preview in Access 2007

When you’re ready to print a table in Access 2007, simply open up the table and then click on your Office button, go to print and then click on print preview and your print preview will open up down at the bottom that you have several tools to manipulate the preview of your table. You can click this button right here to go to the next page or you can click this one and go to the last page. Then you also have you previous page and your first page buttons over here. You can zoom by either using these buttons to zoom by ten percent or if you want to be more precise then you can actually move this handle right here and it will zoom in and out. Another way that you can view this a little bit more easily is over at the top on the print preview ribbon. In the zoom section, you could click on two pages, you could click on more pages if you have a larger table and this will enable you to see your complete table all at one time. You can print from print preview by clicking on the print button and then setting your printer settings so you can go ahead and do that and as you do that print preview will close. You can also simply click close print preview and it will exit it for you.
