Now if you put all this together with what we've done before, sometimes you're working and you need to take a good flush. You're all upset and now you have to do it at the appropriate time and practice, sometimes in the middle of competition you can't, but you go out of balance. You take the deep breath, you catch the negative thought, you see the railroad crossing, then you have the positive one.
All these mental skills, it's real nice to come in, we have a workshop, you get to sit around, you don't have to run today or whatever, it's no good unless you incorporate in the practice. You are custom cars, we've got to tune you. We've got to go out and make adjustments on the track. So we can do all this mental stuff in here and it's good, but you've got to be working on it in game situations, on the practice field and you're going to make some mistakes.
You may go out and it sounds to me like her heading is no easy task. It's scary for her. So she will go out to maybe center and try to thought stop and it's not going to make her forget all about it, but it maybe help her get through it a little easier and then with time, she can maybe turn it around. We don't do miracles. Now, we give you skills, just like the weight room, you don't go in one day, and come out really strong. You go in consistent, systemic, work at it, same with all our mental skills.
So let's work on those. We'll consistently work on them and practice and we'll make some improvements and we'll come back and score ourselves on our profiles later.
