How to use truth in a powerful way

And he find himself pretty cool only bind that he needs to let his boss know that he is making the mess without hurting his boss’s feelings because even though the guy is enormously wealthy, very powerful, he still is very sensitive. We have to help him understand that he had an authority issues. We had to help him understand that he did not wish the best for his boss. We had to help him understand that he could shifts that attitude and really wish the best for his boss.
Then, he was able to begin coaching his boss to mean more effective with the company in what we called good faith because too often when we use the truth, we use it to attack in the mean rather than to empower and help people be the best them that they could be. So, one of the things he does in talking to his boss about the truth, he starting out by talking about the influence that he is having. He celebrates his boss’s power, talks about how powerful he is and helps, perhaps on worry is about the influence his having on world around him. And essentially coaches him to get across the message only wanted to get across and the way that will work with the stuff. That is a work example of the truth and learning to use the truth in a powerful way to help someone else.
