How to Use Twitter to Get Instant Traffic to Your Website

Hey Guys! Frank Burno here and yesterday I sent you guys a video on how to get followers from Twitter every minute. Now you know that I am new to Twitter and that's not no secret. But I follow the herd like I said yesterday in the video and everybody is using it and so I thought I would take the plunge and do it myself. I don't know what the hell I was doing, so I had someone show me how to work Twitter and I got to tell you that it's amazing. You can get astounding amounts of traffic from this and I wasn't sure, I know I was getting a lot of followers and I was getting a lot of people clicking in my Twitter profile, but we are really -- people are really coming to my websites by -- from twitter. So in this video I want to show you, I was just going through my stats this morning on my blog and I want to see now what kind of traffic is coming in from twitter and this is why you want to get on Twitter. Let me show you what I did. This morning I went ahead and replied to some of my -- some people on Twitter and made a couple of posts or twits I should say, they call them on twitter and let's go to my Twitter account real quick. As you see I have got 577 followers now and I am following 1900 people and here is my profile. You can kind of see that I am replying, sending twits the people, doing relationships and what not and every once in a while, I would throw in an interesting blog post that I thought that others would find interesting like right here. I told them, How to Use Twitter and Get Followers Every Minute. And then I posted one, it says Tips to Systemize Your Business and Increase Your Profits. Now I would send them too an article on my blog and obviously the URLs are long, so what I would do is, I would go to my blog and one of my blogs and in this particular case, I would kind of -- this blog here and this article here, Hot New Tips to Systemize Your Business and Increase Your Profits. What I would do is I would get to URL off of this and I will snag the URL like that, copy it and then I would go to tiny URL over here which is the free service, I am sure almost everybody has heard of this and to short URL I will just put the URL on that page and make tiny URL and it would give me this URL here that I could send out that's a lot shorter than the blog post URL. So what I did in this case that I went ahead and got the URL from my Blog post, in this example here. It's obviously going to be a different number here now because I am recreating what I did earlier for this video, but I want twitter and I went ahead and I have submitted this twit others to read, Tips to Systemize Your Business and Increase Your Profits. Now when I make that twit 577 people are going to see that if they are on twitter and its going to actually go deeper than that where other people will see that twit too and follow it in. Now I wasn't really sure if there were people actually viewing some of the twits I made with blog posts. Now I don't do this very much. I do it maybe, I have been doing it last couple of days like once or twice during a day. Mostly I tell people what I am doing. I am preparing IM training DVDs like I did down a couple of hours ago and its building relationships with other people through here with these different people like this guy here I know him from the Incubator in 2007, I saw him on there and I said, hey! Fernie what's up my friend, did you go to Incubator this year, because I did not get to go myself. Anyway just building relationships, maybe once in while fill in a blog post and so I was wondering, I might get traffic from this. So I went into my stats from my blog traffic this morning and after I made that this post here or twits I keep call them posts, they are actually twits, Tips to Systemize Your Business and Increase Your Profits. So I went ahead and made that twit and as you see here, this is me going to the blogpost right here to capture the URLs I was going to send out and I came in from the main blog. It shows me going from tiny URL to create URL to make the twit where you can see here. And after I posted it as you can see, let me scroll up here, after I have made that twit look how many people came in from twitter to view that twit. I guess, 816, 818, 819, these are the times, 822, 822. All these people came in from tiny URL in twitter, okay. In other words, when I made that twit, all these people came from twitter to view blog posts that I had made. Here it just keeps going and then it just keeps on going and then kind of fades off right here. But hope you get the ideology here behind this on how powerful twitter is. Now, I don't recommend you going in there and sort of blasting all your blogposts and all kinds of stuff like that, but I am sure when you are on Twitter you have seen another people use, URLs in their twits so get people come under website and stuff. So what I recommend doing is building relationships with people on Twitter and get some followers, follow some people and every once in a while, throw something in there of use that you think people can use in their business, depending on what nature and what not, but make some useful posts like through a blogpost, just throw one in there every once in a while, it's not going to hurt. And like I said, not go spam them or nothing but just make a useful blogposts and you are going to see traffic coming. I mean, after you make your twits you get you know a bunch of people and I have only got 577 followers and that's just within like a few days. So my point is is that you get people following you, you follow people, you will start building some followers and over a few weeks time, you are going to have like a couple of thousand people following you. So my point is on that is that all these people who are visiting my blogpost and who visit your blogpost, these will only increase as you get more numbers of people following you. So how powerful this is, you make a little post with the link and a twit and look at that, people are just coming in. So obviously it works. I highly suggest that you get on Twitter and if you are already on Twitter, post or twit something that's useful once in a while. Again, don't start blast and spam on there or nothing but it's not going to hurt to throwing something useful that people can see and as you can see, or you can not only can you build relationships on Twitter but you can get some traffic too.
