How to Use a Salad Spinner

Hi, I’m Chef Jason Hill and this is a salad spinner, it’s one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. This kitchen utensil uses centrifugal force to dry your freshly washed salad, I place the washed, wet salad into the basket; next I spin the salad to remove the water. Alright, after a few seconds, dry salad; all the excess water is caught by the bowl, makes for easy clean-up. By using a salad spinner you get greens dried in seconds, nobody wants to eat a watery salad. If you like to make a lot of salad in your home, then I highly recommend getting a salad spinner.
