Hi stampers! Today, I want to show how I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig. I did written tutorial on this a little while ago and I thought I would give you a visual on how to use this and my voice sounds funny because my allergies are reacting up. So, please excuse my voice but this is the Stamp-a-ma-jig. When you purchase that, you get both pieces. This is the plastic sheet that you are going to get. It is called the image sheet. And then this is the Stamp-a-ma-jig and it is like an L shape. So what you are going to do is you are going to keep this. Do not throw that away because this is the important part of the whole system. And I am just going to use basic gray and I am going to go ahead and stamp my image and this Stamp-a-ma-jig is really great for scrap bookers that want to do their alphabets perfectly aligned up and if you want to do like a two steps stamping and you want your images perfectly.
So, what I am going to do is I want to use the stamp set called the Beautiful Thing and I want to use the two steps stamping. The outline image and the solid image. I am going to go ahead and stamp the solid image first with the certainly celery. Just to show you what I am going to do here. I am just stamping here on the center of this Whisper White and then I want to take my outline image. Now, it does not matter how you actually stamp your or put your stamp together because the image sheet is going to be basically like your stamp because you are going to line that all up.
So, what you are going to do is you can take your Stamp-a-ma-jig and your L shape and then you take this plastic image sheet and you are going to bat it up into the corner of your L shape right here and you are going to have it flush with this side here. And then you are going to take your image stamp and make sure you have it the right way, you know like this is the image here so stamping up. So, I want to take my basic gray, want to ink it up on my image and then I want to put the stamp right in the corner of this Stamp-a-ma-jig right here and I am just going to stamp straight down and then that is going to give me my image on my image sheet. Can you see that? And then I want to take my stamped image. I already stamped with the certainly celery and then I am going to going to position this however I want this on my flower and what I got it, position to where I want it. I am going to take my s Stamp-a-ma-jig and then I am going to do the same thing, want to bat that plastic sheet right up to the L shape here in the corner and along the edge and I am going to remove that image. And then I am going to take my stamp and I want to put in this L shape again. I want to stamp straight down. You can just kind of get a perfect image and if I take the image sheet, you will see it is exactly where I want to stamp.
I am going to make a card using this Stamp-a-ma-jig here shortly, so stay tune for that. We will see you. Bye!
