Now the Lot that we are trying to sell here isn't standing quite enough for my liking. So I am going to add one more element to this. To do so I am actually going to move this information up a little bit so that I can see the lot that I am after. Move it over, and I am going to use a virtual highlighter that I cam find under the Comment & Markup button. Now the specific tool that I am look for is actually called the Pencil tool, and it's nested under the Drawing markups>Drawing>Pencil Tool. When I select it, I get the virtual pencil, and I can start to drag the highlighter around the edges of the property. And I can outline the property, so that the person who is looking at this document can see exactly which property they are looking at, and I am going to go ahead and highlight the 74, because that's the name of the Lot. And I am going to highlight the 3.69 acres, so that they know that they are getting quite a good chunk of land.
What I have done here, is I have made it very for the person to see specifically what I am looking for. Even though they click on the Lot_74 Bookmark, I wanted to be very, very obvious to them, that this is in fact a Lot that they are seeking. Now I happened to know that the prospect is a member of the Crowley family, and the Lot is on Crowley Coves, so what I am going to do, is I am going to pan over to this area here of the document. This area of water is known as Crowley Cove, and I want to mark that, because I really want that the person who sees this document to know that it is something that is related to their family.
So to point that out, I am going to go back to my Drawing Markup tools, and this time I am going to choose the Text Box tool. And the Text Box toll allows me to click and drag to create a box, then I can type some text into, and I am going to name this Crowley Cove, which is the name of the Cove that is next to this property. I want to make this look a little prettier, and when you first start with Acrobat, you may not have this particular toolbar showing. So it's important to know where to get that. Under the View menu you can access any of the tool bars that you want, specifically we are looking at the Properties Bar here. And the Properties Bar is a great tool that we are going to take a look at in some detail a little bit later, but I am going to use it to drag select this text.
I am going to change the type phase, and I will just choose one that happen to have. I am going to center the text, and I am also going to enlarge it, so that it's easier to see. I can choose from among the values there, but the values that I want aren't there, so I am going to drag select over the number 18, replace it with 20. Hit Enter, and there I have made a nice large box that says, Crowley Cove on this document.
