How to Walk on Your Hands

I said this before and I say many times more. You really must learn how to stand on your hand, stand stationary before you begin walking and I will go into more on why this is. But basically it’s because if walking on the hands is actually easier then standing still because you don’t need to rely on your arms or your hands to balance you can just fall whichever way and catch yourself with a step. For this reason you really want to work on keeping still and that’s why the first movement we are going to work on is not just waking on the hands but to know walk and stop method.

So you take a couple steps stop in the handstand then go again and repeat this pattern and before you begin you really want to kick up in the handstand don’t start walking immediately but pause for a movement make sure you have a good handstand and then begin.

Real trick to walking on the hands is to over balance just the little bit. With yourself over balancing you are following it little bit that way you are able to just walk a bit, you don’t need to rely on your strength to do the movement and you can just go forward. Well you don’t want to over balance so that you are out of control like this following example.
