(Music Playing) Walltap Barspin You want to push the wall little faster to moderate speed because this shake you can do this. You want to push the wall a little faster than moderate speed. Jumping at a 30 degree angle landed on the wall. Keep your weight center and balance in the wall. After hitting the wall want to stuck in back down and throw the bar which is switch hand. Makes sure you throw the bar early and catch it in the air because if you do not throw the bars and catch on the floor causing you to fall or just get done. (Demonstration)
