Hi, I am Joey and welcome to Barry’s bootcamp back and shoulders day. We are having people try our bootcamp for the first time, I always tell them to take it easy, listen to your body. One thing I have noticed as an instructor is more often in pushing too hard is case of hardly pushing.
Barry’s bootcamp was designed to take exercise to the next level. So please keep it challenging all right? You ready guys? Let us warm it up. 30 seconds jog. Nice location, jog in place. What we are doing here is we are slowly raising that hard feet. We are going to take it to a little bit faster jog, a little bit faster in about 10 seconds we will going to take it to a run.
All right now run in place pick up you speed a little bit, 30 seconds run here, good work keep it going. Push through it, up next you guys are going to raise your knees up high, knee raises coming up in 15 seconds. Keep it going, get that hard going, jump start your day this is the easy part. Five, four, three, two, high knees up, up 30 seconds only come on you can do it. Jumping jacks are next, stay on those toes, higher, higher, higher get those knees higher 15 seconds half way through almost there. Ten seconds, five, four, three, two and jump, back over your head each time, good! 30 second here keep it going all way push up, keep breathing. 15 seconds, good you are doing great you are more than half way through this workout.
Back to running in place and five, four, three, two one, run in place, number speed is up run in place. Run, keep it going almost there. Jogging it out, 45 seconds and you are done with this warm up. 15 seconds to that jog, keep you pace up, keep it going you are almost there. Keep breathing, five, four, three slow it down, good job there you are 30 more seconds. You have nice and warmed up your body should be pumping. 15 seconds left, here we go and ten, nine, eight, seven, six good! Five, four, three, two, one good work. Now you are ready for the weights.
