What I recommend to do to make sure that you're shampooing your hair correctly is to really evaluate your hair type and hair texture. And one thing you can do that really encourages great health of your hair, is to actually just rinse it. If you feel like you need to clean your hair, I do recommend, just shampooing the roots of your hair. This just maybe the first intro throughout, avoid shampooing the ends of the hair.
Most people make the mistake of, when they apply their shampoo, is they put it up on top, but more times they're not, it's the back and underneath of your hair that's more oily and a little bit possibly more dirty. Believe it or not, your shampoo can really be a culprit in dehydrating your hair. So one thing that you can do, is add a little bit of baking soda to your shampoo, because it actually acts like an amazing clarifier and toxifier for the hair, and they go with the right know how and the right tip of how to use your shampoo, your hair can affect this too.
