I guess videohamster doesnt let you do this anymore? I go to apple's website once a week or so and email them about flash, it takes about 5 min and maybe they'll hurry up with a flash player

Watch flash movies on your Iphone from various websites (not only youtube). Start up safari and go to: www.videohamster.com/iphone. Go to ‘How to’ and add this page as a bookmark. Then you will need to edit the link by removing everything before javascript. (You first have to save the bookmark in order to edit it!)

In order to test it, go to a movie site, like youtube, and click on a video you want to play and then click the bookmark videohamster. When it is done converting, there will be a preview on which you can click to play it.
