First of all, you will need to get the tires pressure. Use a tire pressure gauge if you have one or just get the pressure of tires in a gas station. To measure your cars weight, you need two pieces of poster board, a ruler, a pencil or a paper, and a car.
Getting the tires footprint, push a piece of the poster board and direct tire in front as far as they will go and another piece of the poster board behind the tire, measure the gap, and take note then put the poster board under the sides of the tire and measure the gap between them and take a note. Do the same with all the tires.
Doing the calculation, take all the information collected and multiply the first two measures, the distance between the poster boards. To get the sides of the tires footprint, multiply the side of the tires footprint by the air pressure. The number you get from the calculations tell you how much weight the tires totally.
Now, do the calculations for the other three tires, add the results from all of our tires together there you have your car weight. Try you looking your cars or manual for insufficient weight. If you come within 10% you have done a great job.
