Let us start-up by lying on your back. Have you arm at the side. Heels are on top of the ball. You are gonna use your arms to dig in the ground and heels unto the ball. You will race your hips and butt off the ground. While you are up there, you want to hold it for about a second or two. Squeeze the gallops and then come back down and relax. So, work the gallops, a hamstring in the cabs.
You want to start off by bicep griddle hand grip, rotating arms, palms open out up to 90 degrees, up to shoulder press, back down, reverse directions here just like so, simply going for arms and shoulders and chest.
You want to start it on your back, arms stretch out over head, legs stretched out. You want to take your arms in reaching between your feet and you bring your feet and knees in, reaching for the toes. Again, a shoulder blade up and working on lower abs here.
