Hi and welcome to this week’s Screw the Gym video. Today, we will be demonstrating muscle groups used in performing the reverse crab position. The male begins by maneuvering the crab position and the female follows like climbing on top. Her downward motion targets for clods while the upward motion also captures her hamstrings and cast.

The female can turn around for the same great workout offering the male a nice change of scenery. The male remaining stationary is working his triceps, clods and can even work his cods and he can get up on his toes. If he throws in some motion, his lower back gets some action too. So if you can hold out long enough without your legs giving out, both of you will finish your workout with a smile.
