In today’s episode, I am going to show you exercise for your abs and for your legs.
So, I am going to go down on the mat and kneel down like this. And guess what, you do not need any weight, so you do not need any equipment. You need only your own body weight. When I first heard about working out with your own body weight, I thought it is ridiculous. Yes right, you do not need any weights or anything. But, it is really good, it is really good and take for example crunches. I toned my abs like this just from crunches. So, I think it is pretty good and if you can do this with your abs, then you can tone your whole body.
So, and kneel like this and I put my hands behind my head and then lean back, the upper body leans back.

My head is in the same way as my back and inhale on the way back and exhale on the way back up.

Again, I really feel it in my abs and I can also feel it in my legs.

You should repeat this. If you really want to tone your body, you should repeat this exercise until you are completely tired and you cannot do it anymore, then you feel really the burning in your muscles and that is what you need. That is what you want if you want to tone your body and build some muscles. And, I am going to get big muscles from this, you know what I mean. You just going to have nice lean, strong muscles. If that is what you want, then this exercise is really good for you.
