How to Work your Abs at Home

Male: What if we told you that the quickest way to get awesome was to trip to your local library. Female: You can get amazing abs without a single up, really. To do it find a big book that is about as thick as your yellow pages. Do not actually use the phonebook as it is too soft through this exercise. Line the floor with your legs extended, put your hands beneath your lower back at the top of your rear. Now, place the book between your ankle and chins, keeping your legs straight raise them in the book about one foot on the floor. Hold for 30 seconds then lower slowly repeating five times. As it gets easier increase the thickness of the book. Bonus points if you will read it and strengthen your mind too. This abdominal exercise is proof that Jackson Gates came live in harmony.
