Female: Your calf muscle are responsible from getting you from place to place and ensuring that you look damned good well, you do. Thank them for their efforts by getting them tight toned. Stand on the edge of the step with the balls of your feet on the step and your heels hanging off. Lower your body and then raise back up on your toes. For best results perform two sets of fifteen reps, these exercises often the most effective when performed bare foot. As thick soled shoes reduce the distance, you can raise your heels. Who knew that you could get such sexy calves without spending a cent?
