Male: For guys, they make the lady swoon, and for girls, they are the only accessory your little black dress could ever need. There are sets of perfectly sculpted shoulders. Coach Kendra: Yes, sexy shoulders can be yours and they do not require you to empty your bank account for gym equipment. If you have got a kitchen, you are on your way. Sit in the kitchen chair with a soup can in each hand. Raise both arms outwards keeping your palms facing downwards. Stop when your arms reached shoulder level then slowly lower them back to the ground. As you get used to soup cans, you can increase the weight with bigger cans or even water filled milk jags. Remember though, that slow and settee does it. You are aiming to do two sets of 15 comfortably before you move on to more weight. Oh, did we mention that this works in as little as two weeks?
