Hi! This is Gregg Valentine from menshealth.com. What we are going to show you the order of the 300 workout from men’s health magazine.
First you start with 25 pull-ups with your body weight in this few sets as possible. Then you move directly into a Deadlift with a 135 lbs for 50 repetitions,
And 50 push-ups,
Then 50 box jumps on the 24 inch platform,
Then over the floor wipers to 50 repetitions,
Bring your feet over to each side making sure that you touch your feet down on the middle, and that is one repetition.
Then 25 cattle bell cling your presses with a 36 lbs cattle bell through each arm,
Making sure you touch the cattle bell to the floor in between repetitions and then you finish with 25 more pull-ups.
And that is the 300 workout, all 300 repetitions from 7 different exercises.
