For first partner exercise, what I want you to do is grab your partner stand, just like this, stand facing each other. And now your partner is going to using his step up behind her, step back behind you and grabs your back knee straight down. This is the lung, its work into your lower body. So the next exercise I'm going to show you is a simple partner push up.
Bring your partner go in her hands and knees take facing each other. And go down push up, pull up slapping your right hand, down, push up slap the left hand. It's a great full body workout that's worked in your chest, your arms and your core.
The next exercise is the partner sit up, have your partner lie on their back put pressure on their toes, you want to inhale in the way down and exhale in the way up.
And great exercise that targets your abs the really solidifies your core and that's your Fitness style secret.
