Amy Mac: Holiday food and yucky weather how you are going to fit in a workout. Its winter in the holiday season, which means you don't want go advance to work out, you are tied on time and you can snack in for a weeks. And todays fit life we are going to revisit a travel work out, and fit life 38, they works great here around especially when you are tied on time, and that's of all, it doesn't required any equipment.
When I'm on the road I don't have time to hit the gym but I don't want to loose everything that I have gained, so I do this quick power is that before I hit the shower in the morning. It takes me 10 minutes. And don't forget and you don't rest in between exercises. Here it is.
I do 10 pushups, 20 triceps, 30 sit ups , 20 squats , 10 toe raises, and 30 seconds of jumping jack, do the whole circle 3 times and then hit the showers.
