Male Speaker: Summer time, it's Fusion Fitness TV again. If you are on the trip and you don't have any equipments, like you saw on a previous episode, jungle gym or jump rope or anything. And you are in a hotel room, just use your body weight and a couple of chairs. If you want to get your heart rate up and more of a strength at the same time, let's say, you want to work your legs first, you can work some squats first. Remember to always sit back. If you've watched all the episodes, you know how to do them, if you haven't watched all episodes, shame on you. Then you can go right with the pushups. If you want to make your pushups more difficult, using some down there, shift, shift, push up, down, shift, shift, push up, you know it's pretty difficult.
Then for little more isolated strength things, you can put two chairs together, do the old classic chair dip, just make sure the chairs are not too far apart. Keep them fairly close, keep yourself tight, keep your shoulders tight, and squeeze up, squeeze with your back muscles, not just your shoulders and your triceps. And you can put your feet up in the chair, pretty old elevated push ups. Right, once you get good at those, let's do it from the side so you can see this.
Once your shoulders get stronger, you'll get more flexible in there, you can do the old Jacqueline style. I call them L ups. Make yourself in a shape of like an L. Right, then you might get start up just by holding like this. This is a lot of work, just like this. And when you get better, lower and release. And of course, there is classic stuff like basic situps, you can go running, there is calisthetics, burpees, if you watched other episodes, all kinds of stuff. If you watch during the summer, we'll have a lot more. Stay tune, have a great summer.
