How to wrap up an extension cord?
Alright, you know sometime ago I was showing you how to wrap up your extension cord like the piece of macram? just like this, and showing you how easy it is to store and carry it around.
Well, you know what? I’ve got so many comments and how I’m just absolutely stressing out my extension cords, so I just have to absolutely come up with my own idea, or a new fresh way to wrap up your extension cord so here’s what we’re going to do, and we’re going to do it without any stress on our extension cord, alright?
So, let’s start by unwrapping the cord, and then we’re going to take it in one hand and shake it loose on the other, and what we’re going to actually do is just kind of, let this extension cord, it wants to roll up in its own way. We’re not going to force this in any direction like sometimes you see people they go, you know around the arm thing and I do this and then once again you’re forcing this extension to follow a pattern that is just not natural for it, so we don’t want to do that either.
So once again just take your time with your extension cord, and let it roll up as it wants to be rolled up and just follow the rhythm of the cord because we don’t force it in any certain direction.
We’ve got that down now. The final thing I’m going to show of what we can do to finish this off, and that is take a hat box okay, look we can store our extension cords in it. Look at this, it just fitd perfectly inside of the hat box and then sometimes they come with a handle. You can just keep and then you can carry it around the jobsite. You always know your extension cord is there and you know that it is stress-free and clean.
