Mubarakah: Today’s movement is going to be a back lunges. I am going to turn back side this one will be best demonstrated from side view. What you are going to do is to stand with your feet. Shoulder apart, you are going to take one leg and step back into -back. It’s very important that you keep your torso lifted as always nice and tight and you drop the back knee.
