Now first of all start with the belly roll and take your hand and put it in the small of your back got that. Now what we are going to do if you are not going to grab your hoop you are going to lift up as you are turning let me show you first, we are going to put the hand right in our back and then as we are doing in orbit lift your hoop up got it lets try that again here we go.
Ready don't grab your hoop just keep your hand open here we go, and now we are in the helicopter great now how do we bring it back down. Just place it around your stomach and go front and back. Lets try one more time, this in motion you really need to be doing the orbit while you are doing this here we go you are ready to orbit great, one more time lets try remember don't hold your hoop just lift it up.
