Now let's move to a match simulation game which forces our players to take all balls earlier than normal, thus demanding faster reactions and reflexes. After the serve, regular singles is played with only rule changed. Both players must stay inside the singles court on their side of the net. If they step on or outside of the single's court boundary lines they have automatically lose the point. This is a great exercise to help players develop what is known in today's tennis terms as first strike tennis.
