Clive Pearse: Well finally the big mama has arrived, it’s the open house. And before we fling
open the doors to potential buyers it’s time for a sneak pick transformations. This

on the one half we use to buy furniture for the dining room and kitchen, other pick

and the landscaping. The rest are spend to the window treatments, paints and
accessories for a grand total of $1960.

was the 21,000 above the asking price, proving you can’t teach an old house new
