How to apply Rubik's Cube Stickers

Hey everyone, my name is Luke. I am going to be talking to you about Rubik’s Cube Stickers and help you put them on your Rubik’s Cube. So today, I got my Rubik’s Cube stickers from cubesmith. So I am already taken off my stickers on the reel tip which is pretty easy. You can pull out this little tool here from cubesmith. It is pretty good tool because it gets off the stickers really, really low. If you are going to replace these stickers and you do not want to wreck them so you can use them again later on, the back-ups, you use one of these. If you do not have one of these, you can use a guitar pick. It is plastic and it is thin so that works pretty good as well. Try not to use an actual razor blade or something metal because it can scratch your cube, now, you just have to be careful there. I have taken off all my Rubik’s Cube Stickers, cleaned it very well. Make sure you clean it well because there is a lot of sticky staff that is left behind and little dirt particles that are left behind from my fingers. Clean it up. Here you go. I usually put a bit of a spray or wax or something to wipe on. Get a rag, wipe it down. Scratch of any little bits that you think will get to make a bubble in your stickers because the littlest speck of dirt or littlest speck of anything can make a little bubble in your sticker so you do not really want that. Make sure you clean tour cube pretty well. After you do that, it is time to put your stickers on. So, we will start over here, in the middle sticker and you place it in the middle. Now, when you are putting your stickers on, you want to put them directly in the middle. What you do is put it right over the edge and what I mean by edge is the bit of the cube starts to curve. You get to be in that curves and you flap it right on that edge, place the sticker, there push it down. Now if you find that stuff is not straight, you can take it off again and put it back on. But if you find that is pretty straight or be on the line, push it a bit with your thumb right at the beginning because that is not fully stuck on yet. So you can do that. That looks pretty straight to me—that is the first sticker. I will get the rest of my stickers. And once again, place it like normal, on the edge, push down like that. You do not want the stickers to cover up the edge because if you are doing finger tricks your finger will rub against the sticker and will stuck up the sticker a lot and you do not really want that so make sure you get it in as much, try not to let it over hang I say you repeat that process with the rest. Just take of the sticker; you can rub the cube a bit before you put the sticker on. Just to make sure that there is no more bit of dirt or anything on there. Place the sticker on, on the edge. Push it down. If it is crooked, then take it off, put it back on. As I said, if it is a little bit crooked; just push it up or something with your thumb. So, you just repeat that process. So that looks pretty straight. This looks straight, this one is a bit crooked so I am going to take it off and do it again. Make sure that you should be careful when you take it off. You do not want to wreck the sticker. You do it again. When you really do this, take your time—do not rush it too much.
