Hi this is Francisco Buija from VitalCoaching.com. We are talking about getting success for men and the topic for this video is how to easily approach women. Again, this is a question that was posted on my channel, obviously that is one question that many guys have out there. That is probably the top dating challenge. That is the number one dating challenge. It is how to approach a women, it is how to break the ice. What do you say first, this kind of things and especially how to overcome your fears and start taking action and approaching women really easily, okay.
So, let us cover this quickly. The key idea is to train your skills by doing that frequently but start it with small steps but do that very frequently. It means that you start chatting, you start conversations with just about anybody, and not just women that you are attracted to. When you are facing a situation and you are attracted to a woman, she is really attractive and really nice, and you would like to get to know her, if you did respond to that situation and never think about connecting with women and now that she comes down then that is too late.
You have to prepare yourself before that, you have to get social skills flowing by being comfortable with connecting with people in general and then connecting with a girl that you are attracted to. It feels very easy because you are already prepared, you already playing that type of music. So, most guys make the mistake because every now and then they are in a mold or somewhere shocking. You know what the bus stopped and you see this gorgeous girl and you are thinking wow, you are dreaming that you would like to have the skills and the guts to talk to her and then you do not get the courage to take a step.
Well, the reason why you do not have the courage is because your skills have not been unlocked yet. You know it is like saying, I see people who are running a marathon, I would actually go ahead and do it straight away. Well, the thing is, is that you have to train your skills. You have to practice it, you have to get them going and once you have these skills active, then approaching women is very easy. I mean guys will do that all the time, if you are going to get hurt it is just very, very natural and very easy.
But, what you need to get locked is presumptively an attitude which is proactive and now growing all the time. Not just when you see a woman who is attractive and you would like to connect with her, okay.
So, we also hear within the context of social skills and general, this is has to do with courage and conversation skills. It states that it has to do with knowing how to break the ice with somebody and the best way again is to practice that very frequently. So, if supposed that you want to start a conversation with a woman, very often you will be stabbed because you do not know what to say. So, two things that work really well, the first one is to tease her, you want to approach her and challenge her a little bit, for instance that you see a girl in a shopping center or somewhere in the supermarket and then you just go to her and say “You are not going to read that stuff are you? You know what is in it?” something like that.
So, this is an approach which is teasing and you have dozens and dozens of possibilities once you are into the mindset of teasing them a little bit more and challenge them a little bit more and it becomes very natural. But for now, you do not think about this that way, you have teasing lines right. You got the teasing approach and it is not just a pick up line is really the teasing approach; it means that you are going to develop the connection that conversation with a woman.
The second approach which works really well is an opinion opener. These ones are sweet, you just simply go and approach her and you ask her a general question about something that you are planning to do. For instance, what kind of tomatoes do you prefer the tiny ones or the nice egg shaped like or the round ones, which ones work best? Do you have any idea? I am planning to do some sauce at home and I have no experience with that. Can you help me with that? This are opinion openers and most of the time, women are really excited in giving you hand especially if you are totally lost, okay.
There is much more of this stuff of course I am not going to cover all those things here but remember, getting confidence or by talking it out and this will help you in the future.
