Hello, now that I show a I guide to blowing smoke rings, so you can all copy me. You'll need a cigarette and something to light your cigarette. Firstly, light your cigarette. Lovely.
Next, let's do it in a room that has no lot of air flow in, so you don't want your smoke ring to sort of disintegrate as you're doing. It's best to have quite a strong light on one side just to highlight the smoke ring, and make it easier for others to see.
Next, you want to take a good healthy lung full of smoke. When blowing a smoke ring, you want to have your mouth tout like a whistle, but slightly more open and then for then how to choke cheeks in and then puff, puff, puff. Now I know what you're thinking, but that's just for dirty mind ed people.
This can also be done from laying under the bottom of the swimming pool, with the air in your lungs, but make sure it's a fairly shallow swimming pool, because you seem to lose all the air in your lungs, and you need to get back up to the surface, so probably not under 12 to 6%
Again make the smoke rings. I can do better than others, this is early morning for me, probably my second cigarette.
