So we are going to make a compass that's even easier now. So after putting the compass in the water, I labeled the north and south poles magnet. I place it on the smooth wet surface like this cutting board and right now, it's facing the wrong way, north is that way and if I let go here, it will just spin to the right orientation. It wants to be south towards the camera there. So variation on that. I just take the cutting board. Carefully start to spin it. Oops, it don't roll but it still stays pointing to the same direction. Isn't that cool.
