Hi, I'm Delia Passi I'm author of “Winning the Toughest Customer: The Essential Guide to Selling to Women.” I'm also the founder of Women Certified.
When it comes to selling to women you never closed, you come to an agreement. You make her feel good about these commitment you will reassure and reinforce benefits as solutions to her needs. Asking for a commitment from here takes nothing more or less than reassuring her that your agreement will meet her needs. Reminding her of the points discussed and reiterating how the products and services will meet those needs. We’ll provide you with the opportunity to move the sell forward.
Reinforce that your relationship will not end with a sale. Women appreciate the idea of we versus you. Because if reinforces that you were a team, used referrals to close gaps in her confidence. Stay a step ahead by providing referrals of other women or a client who have benefited from your services. This could quench her need to collaborate with others who you don’t know and you can’t talk to.
Sometimes it’s good to ask permission to move forward saying, “I am certain that this is the product and service for you, I just want to make sure that you’re happy with everything we’ve covered. Is there anything further we need to go over or shall we move forward”. This will show her that you truly care about her needs and want to make sure that all her questions answered before you proceed.
Take the first step to showing her that you care, become Women Certified at WomenCertified.com where she is going to go before choosing her sales or service provider.
