This tutorial will show you how to configure email filters in cPanel.
There are two ways to set up filters.
You can do it at user level or at account level.
Let's go ahead and set up a filter at user level.
Click to manage filters for the user you wish to edit.
Set the parameters for the rule.
Note that you must also give the rule a unique name. if you do not do this you will be prompted to do so.
As you can see, an email filter has been successfully created.
You can always return here to create another filter, edit an existing one or delete one altogether.
When creating filters at account level the process is basically the same. the only difference is that at this level, any rule you create will apply to all users in the account.
You are now able to create email filters in cPanel.
