How to cook Fish with Pasta

Namaste! Welcome to my cooking show, it’s supper time presented by callingachef.com powered by Western Edge Seafood. Today’s show is on how to properly thaw your seafood. I have some tilapia here. It’s a pretty famous fish in the United States. It’s a nice white flaky fish. Here’s what I have, it’s frozen. What you do is you pull in your frozen product. All you have to do is when you thaw it, put it in a nice ice cold water. Never want to use hot or warm water to thaw your product. You’re actually going to cook your product if you use hot or warm water. So you’re going to use cold water. So when it’s done, it’s going to take about 15 to 20 minutes. This is what it’ll look like when it’s properly thaw.
So, all you have to do is when you’re ready to cook, you just cut it open. Wash your product, always want to wash your product just to make sure it’s very clean and sanitary. And that’s how you properly thaw your fish. I want to thank Western Edge Seafood for helping me up, namaste.
