Making a Lemon Battery

Hi everybody here we are going to make a battery using this materials a lemon a galvanize nail and a penny. So Lyn Dion have totally make this battery combining with few others we will make it LED light flash off. So to make the battery what you need is put the galvanize inside the lemon inside this hole is a preamble and to put the penny inside this often free make. So now, you have a battery or in other words an electro chemical salt. An electro chemical salt is use to produce or use electricity.
In the electro chemical salt, we have electros, which are the penny and nail. Electrodes are electrons that enter or exits electro chemical salt. In these scenarios, the penny and nail are electrodes. The penny is a cathod, which means they have a positive charge and the nail is in anode, which means it has a negative charge.
Alexander Bolton discovered that any two metals and any electro light could be use to produce electricity. The two metals in this case are copper and zinc. And the electro light is a lemon juice. In order to show this electro chemical cell has self-detention or voltage, or which I will explain in a bit we must use this volt maker to show them. So you need to connect the negative hand to the anode or the negative charge and the positive hand to the cathode or positive charge.
So turn the voltmeter on and so now you see the charge of this is point 3.37, which is pretty low voltage. But when you combine it the other lemons or other electro chemicals cells it will be quite higher and it will be able to light up in LED light. Before I explain to you guys about the circuit we have got here, I am going to tell you a bit more of that electro chemicals cells. So there are two types of electro chemicals cells, they are voltaic cells and electronic cells. This right here are the voltaic cells, which mean that they will produce electricity.
So in voltaic cells the ability to transfer electrons from one electrode to another in this cell or in other cells is called self potential. In cell potential is measure in units of volts like I showed you before. So now since we have all this electro chemical cells or voltaic cell which ever electrical, they wonder combine together they have a larger volts and now it maybe enough to light up to this LED light we have got here.
Now we are going to be measure the voltage of this circuit right here or the sub-potential often. But this time because it is a lot more electro chemical cells join together the circuit will be a lot high the voltage the circuit will be a lot high. So now, you can see the voltage is 3.42 a lot higher and this might be able to light off this LED light we have got here.
When we connect the electro chemical cell to the LED light it turns out to work because there is enough voltage lighten up. Like showed here the electrons flow from end of the two cathode like the rest of the electro chemicals cells circuit.
